“El personal del hotel excelente, desde el trato y la atencion por medio de mensajes, coordinacion, calidad de servicio pero sobre todo el personal del hotel 100 de 10!!. En la piscina el joven Duarte muy atento y excelente persona. La comida en las mañanas y el menu opcional en la piscina riquisimo y con mucha variedad. La piscina muy linda y el ambiente agradable. Ambos caballeros que nos trajeron y llevaron al aeropuerto grandiosos. En resumen, primera vez en este hotel desde Puerto Rico como……

“Very pleasant stay, close to the airport, delicious breakfast buffet, with large variety of hot food selection, and great dinner menu. Comfortable bed, and very clean room.”

“1) BREAKFAST: IS REALLY BAD ; ITS COLD N BAD TEXTURE 2) CLEAN ROOM: TWO SMALL ROACHES , one in kitchen counter and one in bathroom. ROOM DIDNT SMELL FRESH UPON ENTERING AND SHEETS SMELLED ONLY LIKE STRONG PURE BLEACH THAT CAUSED MY ACTIVATED MY ASTHMA N BECAUSE IT WAS SO OVERPOWERING I WAS UNABLE TO SLEEP SO COMFORTABLY. ( why complain if all going to smell like that) 3) STAFF: GREAT STAFF AND GREAT RECEPTION HOST ,Because of there great hospitality I will more than likely return.”

“The breakfast menu was awful and mid. Only had two options. The toilet kept breaking and the hotel was doing construction on the floor i was staying at. Good to sleep at but don’t expect nothing special”

“It has a nice clean hotel. It has a Vintage look, however, the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, great location, nice staff.”

“Super cute hotel tucked away in a shopping center. Staff was very attentive and overall stay was great.”

“i purchased bottles of alcohol to my vip section that i never got i retired to my HOTEL AND ASK THE MANAGER to bring me some ice my bottles of alcohol and a hookah now my credit card frozen from this i would like to speak with the hotel owner if possible I ASKED THE MANAGER TO HAVE HIM GIVE ME A CALL”

“Host are very kind. Little hiccups with check in but the rest of the stay was great. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool. It was closed. The apt is nice. It’s kind of tricky to find if you aren’t from there but with the help and patience of the host everything was fine. I honestly would stay again when I’m back in the area which is often. Thank you for a pleasant stay. God bless.”
